1. Returns Address

2. Return Period
Items must be postmarked within 10 calendar days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Email info@kxngcosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return to request an RMA number. Include the RMA number with your return shipment.

4. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with labels attached for a full refund.

5. Processing Time
Returns are inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receipt.

6. Exceptions
For the sanitation and safety of our customers, used or opened body butter products cannot be returned. We do not reuse returned items, so only unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
