KXNG Cosmetics Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship via USPS Ground Delivery unless you select another option at checkout. Orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from shipment, though actual times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package is handed to the carrier, KXNG Cosmetics cannot control the shipment and is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages in transit. For shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. We are also not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
Product Handling
Our products are meltable. During hot months or high-temperature environments, items may soften or temporarily melt. Products will return to their normal texture at room temperature or after refrigerating for at least 20 minutes. Extreme heat during transit may affect appearance, but does not impact performance.
Shipping Addresses
We use USPS address validation to correct flagged or incomplete addresses, including missing street suffixes. Please provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays.
Delivery Confirmation & High-Risk Delivery
Ensure someone is available to accept and sign for packages if required. Packages left unattended are the customer’s responsibility. While our packaging is designed to protect your products, we cannot guarantee against damage from weather, heat, or other environmental conditions during transit.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
Insurance & High-Value Orders
For high-value orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing carrier insurance for additional protection.
